A small collection of pieces inspired by Wedgwood Jasperware, but in stained glass. This style of ceramics is known for its white cameo patterns on blue, green and lilac stoneware. I have reimagined this style in stained glass, hand painting the motifs in white on blue and pale pink glass. Each is then fired to an enamel finish and framed in copper. They can be hung by a delicate copper chain.
This cameo illustrates a stylized Lily of the Valley floral spray on pale blue periwinkle stained glass.
